At Fynbos Fine Foods all of our products are made from the finest and freshest produce. We use NO preservatives, NO colourants, NO MSG or pectin (NO ARTIFICIAL ANYTHING) in any of our products. The chillies, pepper drops, peppers, tomatoes and, herbs are picked early in the morning from our greenhouses and fields and are then bottled in our kitchens under extremely hygienic conditions. We are presently committed to becoming HACCP compliant. ALL Fynbos Fine Foods are pasturised and have a minimum shelf life of 24 months.
Shake before use - separation may occur due to the use of only natural products. Refrigerate after opening, always use a clean utensil to decanter. All our products are Kosher (PAREV)
PEPPER JAM, CHILLI JAM, TOMATO CHILLI JAM AND HABANERO JAM 340 gr.
The jams are delicious and versatile condiments all with a fresh ginger base. Use for enhancing sandwiches, stir fries, and curries. They can be used to baste on fish, chicken, vegetable kebabs, as well as in cream cheese dips and salad dressings add a table- spoon to pepper or butternut soup. Fantastic for pouring over a Brie, strong cheddar or blue cheese. The jams compliment Thai and Asian- style cuisine. Also good for dipping crispy fish, meatballs and potato skins. The four jams are categorised as follows: Pepper Jam (Mild) Chilli Jam (Medium) Tomato Chilli jam (Medium) and Habanero Jam (Hot)
JALAPENO DROPS (sliced) 420gr
Our Jalapenos are the plumpest and finest available and only the best of the pick are used for our Jalapeno Drops. They can be, served with cheese , fish or fried rice, tossed into salads, used in stews, casseroles and are delicious spread on pizza bases and sandwiches, to add a zing and flavour.
TORTILLA SALSA (Use as a dip topping filling or relish)
Fabulously fresh Tortilla Salsa makes ordinary hamburgers, fried eggs, hotdogs, pap and wors sing! Great served in pita bread a Mexican tortilla or wrap with meat fish, cheese or chicken. Flavours a pizza base and is perfect to use as a start to a quick pasta sauce. Mix with cream cheese for a tasty dip.
MARINATED PEPPERS
These add wonderful colour and flavour to any dish or salad. Use on pizza, or sandwiches, in stir fries, pita bread or, as a side dish .Eat them as a snack straight out of the bottle. Use the marinade in pasta sauces, or to marinade fish, chicken or meat.
HABANERO DROPS
These are the hottest chillies in the world.
The Habanero chillies have a unique nutty flavour.
Use with caution.
MILD PEPPERDROP, PERI-PERI, JALAPENO, HOT HABANERO CHILLI SAUCE 250 gr.
Ideal to baste on chicken, meat, fish and lamb. Use as a condiment to spice up any meal, including pizzas. Good as a basting sauce for braaiing, mixed with Soya sauce. Add to marinades curries, stir-fry, and pasta-sauces. They bring out the flavour of any dish. Delicious served with your favourite cheese. Shake well before using.
CHILLI DREAM SAUCE 250gr
A win with any dish! Layer with cream cheese and fresh coriander and serve with crackers.
This sauce completes the flavour of any stir-fry or any Thai style dish.
Use as chilli chutney in or accompanied with curry or stews.

About Us
We are a small family business which was founded in 1996. Situated in the Swartland area approximately 55km outside of Cape Town, the farm is off the N7 in a small farming district called Tierfontein.
We are dedicated to growing quality sweet peppers, chillies (12 varieties), tomatoes, aubergines and sweet basil.
We have a gourmet commercial kitchen which continues to make handmade products, providing employment for our community. This also ensures that our products are made with care and pride. We bottle the finest range of products for the local and overseas markets.
All of our products have NO preservatives, NO colorants, and NO flavourants, NO artificial anything. Our products are pasteurized giving us a shelf life of at least 2 years. We have our GSP and are close to becoming HACCP compliant.
