QUICK AND EASY TO PREPARE!
2 bottles FYNBOS FINE FOODS PASTA SAUCE.
2 170g tins tuna
1 onion chopped
1 large carrot cubed
3 florets broccoli thinly sliced
200g feta cheese
1 box ‘ready to bake‘ lasagne
1 27cmx27cm casserole dish
Fry the onions in the oil until golden, add carrots, sweet peppers and broccoli (you can use any veggies or you can leave them out entirely.) Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tuna and the FYNBOS FINE FOODS PASTA SAUCE.
Stir for 2 minutes while bringing to the boil. Turn off the stove.
Spoon a layer at the bottom of the casserole dish.
Crumble 1/3 of the feta cheese evenly over the sauce.
Put your lasagne strips on top of the sauce and feta trying not to overlap them.
Continue until the last of the sauce and feta is on top.
Grate cheese and sprinkle evenly on top.
Bake at 180 °C or until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
